Flood damage to downstairs ceiling

This customer accidentally left the water running in their upstairs bath tub which flooded their house.  The water flooded the bathroom, hallway and three bedrooms upstairs, then soaked through to the ceiling downstairs.  The entire downstairs ceiling was soaked with water and needed to be removed.  The customer was very stressed and in over their heads.  They knew to call the experts at SERVPRO to help.  Our team walked the job with the customer, explained the plan of work and kept the customer informed every single day with an update of their home.  Water damage and flooding can be very tramatic, unless you know to trust the team at SERVPRO to walk you through it.
