Water damage to ceiling and walls

This customer had water damage upstairs from a broken pipe.  The water soaked through the floor and into the ceiling and walls downstairs.  Our trained and certified crews determined the drywall could not be saved since the drywall was wet for 2 days before the customer discovered the damage.  These decisions can save time and money to the customer.  The removal of the drywall also allowed direct access to the saturated wood framing to ensure all materials were returned to normal moisture content.  The restoration industry demands that crews are trained and experienced so they can make these influential decisions, which can dramatically change the direction of a property damage.
