Rain water into a storage facility

This facility had large amounts of rain water back up their gutters and enter their warehouse.  The water flooded the warehouse and threatened all of their customers contents.  Our team quickly removed the excess water to eliminate the possibility of further water damage.  Then they installed heaters to raise the 45 degree temperature so the air could assist in the drying process.  Lastly, the crew installed large quantities of drying equipment to evaporate the excess moisture from the warehouse.  The facility manager was completely impressed by our team and their quick action.  The facility manager was also very relieved that SERVPRO saved their customers contents from water damage and a large insurance claim for replacement.  Our commercial clients expect experienced crews and quality organization skills by our managers.
